Arthur "Art" is a resident of Lanford and an acquaintance of Dan and Roseanne who made appearances as a minor character in 3 episodes of the 4th season. He was portrayed by actor Dan Butler.
About Art[]
Art is first introduced when he stops by Lanford Custom Cycles and is coerced into buying a motorcycle by Roseanne and Jackie.
He later helps the Conner's with their tax returns and gives Dan advice on how to make the cycle shop more profitable. Roseanne attempts to set Jackie up with Art, but Jackie is not interested as she says he is not her type. Despite this, Art does attempt to ask her to dinner although she is not receptive even though she thought he was a nice guy.
Art made his final appearance at the Conner's kitchen table playing in one of Dan's poker games with Arnie, and Chuckie. This was the only time we ever see Art outside of Landford Custom Cycles.

In Secrets, Art reveals he is divorced because his wife was sleeping with his business partner.
