Dawn (Cheryl Hines) is a supplier for The Lunch Box. She is a pushy sales lady which bothered Becky. Becky thought that Dawn was manipulating a lonely Jackie into buying a rip off in return for nights out at wine festivals. It turns out that both of them have difficulty making friends, and Dawn is willing to negotiate.
Dawn is also painted by Jackie. These paintings are very accurate but very large. Jackie decides to display them in The Lunch Box which is exactly what Beverly did.
