Homeward Bound was the seventh episode of Season 6 of Roseanne, also the 129th overall series episode. It was written by Michael Borkow and was directed by Phillip Charles MacKenzie. It originally aired on ABC-TV on November 2, 1993.

SynopsisEdit

Darlene returns home and realizes how much David misses her. Roseanne and Dan learn that DJ has begun masturbating and struggle figuring how to deal with it. After Darlene leaves, David lies to Roseanne and Dan that he has decided to move back in with his mother when in reality he moves in with Darlene in Chicago.

Plot summaryEdit

Roseanne tries to encourage David to snap out of his moping about Darlene being away at school, and do something with his life, but it backfires when David decides to move back in with his Mom in Michigan. Darlene comes home for a visit to surprise David, but they wind up at each others' throats. D.J. is humiliated when the entire family figures out why he locks himself in the bathroom for long periods of time.
