Roseanne & The Conners Wiki

Mark Healy II is the son of Darlene Conner and David Healy. He is the brother to Harris Healy and named after his late uncle, Mark Healy. The two have the same name, although they are as opposite as possible.

Biography[]

Mark Healey II was born on October 21, 2005 to Darlene Conner and David Healy in Lanford, IL. He has an older sister named Harris Healy. When he was younger, his parents separated and Mark, Darlene and Harris moved back in with Darlene's parents Dan Conner and Roseanne Conner. He is sensitive like his father. His mom marries Ben Olinsky in the season 4 of The Conners finale.

Growing up, he's had to deal with the pressures of being gay. He would get made fun of for the clothes and jewelry he wore to school (i.e. wearing girl's clothes, painting his nails, and wear girl's jewelry).

Personality[]

Mark is a young boy who is intelligent, creative, and determined. Mark, similar to his dad in a few aspects, is a sensitive and polite boy. He has a very effeminate attitude. His femininity eclipses even his father's, even though he does think of himself as a boy. His family is very accepting of this, especially his mother.

His grandfather, Dan Conner, was a little skeptical at first, but he quickly grows to respect his choices. It is later revealed that Mark is actually attracted to boys. Trouble strikes when he brings a knife to school, that Dan showed him.
