Odessa (played by Eliza Bennett) is Harris's friend. She is the same age as Harris but is emancipated. She's not liked very much by Darlene Conner for the bad influence she has on Harris and she's eventually banned from The Conners' House by Dan, after she and Harris try to ride his bike.
Eventually Harris has enough of Darlene, and moves in with Odessa. They both seem to enjoy getting high, whilst Odessa also gives the impression that she's constantly high on drugs.
