Odessa (played by Eliza Bennett) is Harris's friend. She is the same age as Odessa but is emancipated. She's not liked very much by Darlene Conner for the bad influence she has on Harris and she's eventually banned from The Conner's House by Dan, after her and Harris try to ride his bike.
Eventually Harris has enough of Darlene, and movies in with Odessa. They both seem to enjoy doing getting high, whilst Odessa also gives the impression that she's constantly high on drugs.
