Synopsis[]
Darlene decides to attend the prom with David and then take him to a motel room afterward. Are both of them ready for sex? Is either one ready? Tim Curry appears in this episode.

It's prom night for Darlene and David. She surprises him by renting a motel room. Meanwhile, Dan tells Roseanne about his new business idea with Roger.

- This is the first appearance of Tim Curry as Roger, he will also appear in the following episode.
- Molly Tilden and Charlotte Tilden are only seen briefly in the background during the prom dance and have no lines. Molly is the one pushing Darlene and David into the middle of the dance off.
- This marks the last time we see Danielle Harris (Molly Tilden) and Mara Hobel (Charlotte Tilden) on Roseanne. There is no given explanation for their disappearances. Molly will later make an appearance 28 years later in The Conners, in the episode "An Old Dog, New Tricks and a Ticket to Ride" from Season 3.
- Despite being credited, Michael Fishman (D.J. Conner ) and Lecy Goranson (Becky Conner) do not appear.
