Rodbells Luncheonette is a restaurant in the show Roseanne where the starring character Roseanne works in seasons 3 and 4, along with co-workers Kelly and Bonnie and their boss, Leon.

The luncheonette is a miniature restaurant situated inside the Rodbells Department Store in the Landford Mall.
History[]
After a string of bad luck in her employment, Roseanne began working in the mall at Rodbells Luncheonette. She was trained by fellow waitress Kelly, who clearly needed the help that Roseanne was offering. However, Roseanne ended up on Bonnie's shift later.
Roseanne did have food service experience as she previously worked at Chicken Divine in season 2, before she was fired for prioritizing her families needs over the job. This time she was not fired, save for the one time that she tried to go on vacation to Las Vegas without Leon's approval. Leon was kind enough to rehire her, after she begrudgingly apologized and admitted she needed her job back.
Later, Leon was going to get promoted to management, which meant the other employees would be promoted also. Roseanne believed she deserved the promotion, thus irritating Bonnie, who believed she had worked much harder and deserved the position. Facing increased competition with the mall's food court, Rodbells closed down, putting Roseanne and everyone else that was employed there out of work.
