The Lobo Lounge is a local tavern and social gathering spot in Lanford, Illinois frequented by numerous members of the community. Usually known just as "The Lobo," it seems to attract a lot of truckers among the local working class coming here to relax and socialize. It also provides pool tables for leisurely games. Among its most popular regulars are Roseanne Conner, Dan Conner, Jackie Harris, and Crystal Anderson. Both Dan and Roseanne seem to be on good terms with the owner; Dan once calmed things over when his future son-in-law Mark Healy put his fist through the jukebox. While disguised as a bearded male trucker one Halloween, Roseanne discovers the men's room really stinks.
The tavern is based on an actual pizza place located at 1200 Edgar Street in Evansville, Indiana (47710 - 2426).
After being completely absent since the beginning of the revival, the Lobo makes its return in Season 5 of The Conners, in the episode "Two More Years and A Stolen Rose.”
