We're Going to Disney World was the 17th episode of Season 8 of Roseanne, also the 190th overall series episode. It was written by Matt Barry and was directed by Gail Mancuso. It originally aired on ABC-TV on February 20, 1996.

Synopsis

The family goes hog-wild with excitement and with plans to travel to Disney World when Dan brings home his final paycheck from the Lanford City Garage.

Plot summary

The Conner family decides to throw caution to the wind by spending Dan's last paycheck from the garage on a vacation to Disney World.

Trivia

• Sarah Chalke returns to the role of Becky Conner after last playing her in "Couch Potatoes" from Season 7. This is the first of three episodes she appeared in this season playing Becky. She, however, also previously appeared in this season in "Halloween: the Final Chapter", but playing a different character.
• When Roseanne says, "Aren't you glad you're here this week?", this references Sarah's return as Becky and how she returned to the role for an exciting episode.
• When Becky enters her first scene in the episode, an announcer voice says: "Ladies and Gentleman, the role of Becky, originally played by Lecy Goranson, Then by Sarah Chalke, then by Lecy Goranson, will be played this evening by Sarah Chalke." He even breaks the fourth wall by saying "The taking of flash photographs and use of recording devices is strictly prohibited."
• Bob Fuller (Caterer) makes his second appearance. He had previously a different character in the Season 8 episode "The Thrilla Near the Vanilla Extract" and would continue to do so in many more episodes. He will appear in the following Season 8 episodes "Disney World War II" (playing a Bellhop) and "Morning Becomes Obnoxious" (playing a Makeup artist), and the following Season 9 episodes "Home Is Where the Afghan Is" (playing a Caterer) and "The Truth Be Told" (playing a Clothing Salesman). He also served as a production assistant from the following Season 7 episode "Follow the Son" to the Season 9 finale "Into That Good Night, Part 2".
• Despite being credited, Lecy Goranson (Becky Conner) does not appear.
